Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, today announced Franklin Ridge, a highly anticipated new community in Franklin, Tennessee. Construction of the model home and sales center will begin in summer 2025, with sales expected to follow later in the year.

Franklin Ridge, conveniently located near the McEwen Interstate 65 interchange, will offer 34 spacious single-family homesites with stunning views of Roper’s Knob. These luxury homes will have lot sizes up to .5 acres, 4 to 6 bedrooms and 3.5 to 5.5 bathrooms, and offer between 3,924 to 4,350 square feet of living space. Some lots will offer basements walkout second level balconies. Pricing is anticipated to start from $1.5 million. Homebuyers will have the choice of three distinct home designs, each with three unique exterior styles. As with all Toll Brothers homes, Franklin Ridge residences will be built with the company’s signature quality, craftsmanship, and value.
